Between Saturday the 14th and Sunday the
15th April 2012, w
e plan to
run Bronze trial expeditions and more training. During the weekend we shall be teaching
more practical parts of the DEA scheme and encouraging the seniors to do
short walks (with & without staff) to test navigation and compass work etc as well as
practice putting tents up and cooking outdoors.
We shall be joined the Soham boys and girls who are doing a Bronze
Test Expedition. Some of our seniors will be doing some practical training,
while our Yr 9 seniors will be doing a trial expedition.
